Privates
Ben offers private yoga sessions for individuals or small groups, virtually or in person. These classes are catered to your specific needs. For those just beginning a Yoga practice taking a series of private sessions will teach you the basics and prepare you for group classes. For those interested in refining or deepening their practice choose from weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly sessions.
