This is a 75 Heated Vinyasa Flow Practice. It is a fully balanced class which includes dharma, warm-ups, chanting, setting of intention, surya namaskar, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions, meditation and relaxation.
For those enrolled in the 200 Hour In-Depth Study/Teacher Training Program, this practice is part of the training day Thursday mornings during the months of the training.
