This class is designed for those who only have an hour in the morning to fit in their yoga practice. It is a fully balanced heated class which includes asana warm-up, setting of intention, surya namaskar, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions, meditation and relaxation. In this class I focus more on keeping the pace moving more than offering spiritual discourse or dharma.
