Every class is a vigorous, dynamic and challenging exploration set alongside a killer playlist to assist with diving deeper into your practice. The creative sequencing leads students through a journey of centering, chanting, intention, sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, inversions, and meditation, ending with a sweet and blissful relaxation.
