Explore the connection between breath and movement as you flow through a series of postures to build strength, increase flexibility, and tone muscles. Every class is a vigorous, dynamic and challenging exploration set alongside a killer playlist to assist with diving deeper into your practice. The creative sequencing leads students through a journey of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, inversions, and meditation, ending with a sweet and blissful relaxation.
The studio is heated to approximately 95 degrees with added humidity to help create a detoxing sweat. The continuous flow of fresh heated air and humidity allows students to take their practice deeper, and achieve the perfect sweat.
